The hotel had a cozy atmosphere that made me feel comfortable.
Unfortunately, during our stay, we faced a few inconveniences. The shower head didn't stay upright, making it challenging to shower comfortably. the noise from traffic was quite bothersome, even with the air conditioning running. A frustrating encounter happened when we booked a van for our airport transfer, specifying the need for space due to our bicycle boxes. The driver was rude, making our departure from Portugal uncomfortable.

Recommend it for couples who love a vibrant stay
I was blown away by the location! It was just steps away from Marquês de Pombal, giving us easy access to the metro and a bunch of restaurants! ! We even had a beautiful view from our room, it felt like we were in the heart of the action!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I found the experience satisfactory enough.

Super cozy stay with awesome staff!
Had a lovely time at this place. The staff were so welcoming, giving us tips on where to eat and explore in Lisbon. Room was bright and comfy, and I loved how the dining area had fresh pastries every morning. Just wished the water pressure in the shower was a bit stronger, but everything else was pretty spot on!

Can't recommend highly enough for a city break.
Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, with a fantastic location just steps from the metro and Parque Eduardo VII.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The breakfast spread offers a delightful variety, consistently replenished, making each morning enjoyable. Rooms feature a large, comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom that boasts a powerful shower—a perfect combo for unwinding after a day of exploration.
Location is on a busy lateral street, which complicates taxi pick-up and drop-off. While close to the metro, it feels somewhat detached from lively dining options, with few restaurants nearby, limiting evening options. Noise from traffic can be bothersome if you're not accustomed to city sounds.

The Fenix provided a great experience during my three-night business stay. The location was convenient, just a two-minute walk from the metro, making it easy to reach my meetings across the city. My room on the 8th floor was clean, bright, and well-maintained, with ample storage space. Each morning, I enjoyed a delightful breakfast including freshly baked croissants and a varied selection of organic juices, ensuring I was well-fueled for the day ahead.
No outdoor space for relaxation.

Breakfast offered a delightful variety, with items consistently replenished, making for a great start to each day. The rooms, while somewhat compact, provided excellent comfort and included ample storage space. the bathroom could benefit from more room for maneuverability, and while the location was advantageous, the sights required a bit of travel, either by walking or using the nearby metro. Despite these minor drawbacks, the staff remained courteous and helpful, enhancing the overall experience.

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect, close to the metro and just a short walk to Parque Eduardo VII. The breakfast was impressive with a wide variety, and we loved the convenience of a kettle in the room. The staff were friendly and helped us with our plans, making everything easy.

missingWrote a review on May 15comfortable roomgreat breakfastnoisy streetweak shower
The room felt tidy and spacious. It had a nice little fridge, perfect for keeping drinks cool, and a solid safe for valuables. The bed was huge, probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I loved the extensive breakfast spread each morning. Fresh fruit, cheeses, and even a dessert table made it easy to find something delicious to start the day. The coffee was good too. Having a Metro station just around the corner made exploring the city simple. But, it wasn’t all perfect. The bathroom could use a bit more space for my toiletries, and the sound from the streets was distracting at night, especially for a light sleeper like me. The air conditioning seemed off too, making it hard to cool the room properly. One night, I had a bit of trouble with the shower because the pressure felt weak. These were minor annoyances compared to the overall comfort.
